Requirement for Manager of Furniture Design Department 家具設(shè)計(jì)部經(jīng)理要求
Good understanding and digestion of design brief and requirement from client, independent control scheme, let customer approval. 具有很好的理解能力，能準(zhǔn)確把握客戶設(shè)計(jì)需求和市場(chǎng)需求，能全程獨(dú)立
把控方案，最終讓客戶認(rèn)可。

Have a good knowledge of the artwork of upholstery furniture. Give technical guidance to clients. 熟悉軟體家具的制作工藝和流程，能給予客戶技術(shù)指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)。

Software skills: CAD, 3D , etc. cultivate the ability of subordinate software熟練使用CAD， 3D等軟件，能培養(yǎng)提升下屬的軟件能力

Aware of domestic and international market and know how to access and collect global market information. 了解國(guó)內(nèi)外家具市場(chǎng)和趨勢(shì)，并且有很好的資料收集渠道。

Master in global market furniture vocabulary, know all design styles and resign style, also can achieve commercial understanding. 精通家具行業(yè)的專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)和國(guó)內(nèi)外家居設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格，并了解各種設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格的商業(yè)價(jià)值。

Material experience is required. Knowing of all furniture (home furniture/office furniture/ intelligent furniture) materials, including materials like wood, fabric, leather, PVC, etc, and also has own way to find and learn new materials. 熟悉所有家具（民用家具/辦公家具/智能家具）的各種材料，如：木頭，布料，皮質(zhì)，塑料等等，且有自己學(xué)習(xí)新材料的渠道。

General knowledge of mattress. 了解床墊的相關(guān)知識(shí)和工藝。

Great management & communication skills, can work effectively and efficiently. 具有很好的管理和溝通技巧，能夠凝聚團(tuán)隊(duì)，工作效率高.

Accept business trip ( including travel overseas). 能適應(yīng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間出差（包括國(guó)外出差）。

Lead the team to bring new business for the company to create economic benefits能夠帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)為公司帶來(lái)新業(yè)務(wù)，創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
