Responsibilities - general
1. Send quotation to customer / 向客戶報價
2. Response to customer on order/lead time/delivery inquiry or quality complaint / 對客戶的訂單/前導時間/交貨詢價或質(zhì)量投訴作出回應
3. Receive and follow up order to be delivered to customers within target lead time / 接收訂單以及跟進訂單是否在目標期限內(nèi)送達客戶
4.Regularly communicate with customers about open order status, new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff / 經(jīng)常與客戶交流有關(guān)訂單狀態(tài)、新產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)機會,特別的發(fā)展,或通過公司合適的員工收集反饋
5. Manage suppliers to feedback delivery date timely and deliver shipment on time / 讓供應商及時反饋交貨日期及準時發(fā)貨
Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Good at reading, writing, speaking English / 良好的英語讀寫說能力
2. Ability to persuade and influence others / 能夠說服和影響他人
3. Ability to develop and deliver good presentations / 能夠開發(fā)和提供良好的展示
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills / 擅長人際交往
5. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public / 維持良好的職業(yè)形象和向公眾場合展示一個積極向上的公司形象
6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule / 愿意接受彈性的工作時間
Prefer
Able to read and speak third foreign language / 能夠讀懂和說第三外語語
Education/Experience
1. College or above 大專以上學歷
2. Five years above of working experience 5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(能力不錯者考慮職位Senior Order Management Executive)
