Main Responsibility:
主要工作職責(zé)：
1.Lead case good raw material team to ensure the raw material for case goods purchased into Wanvog meets the requirements.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)板式家具原材料小組確保萬福閣購(gòu)進(jìn)的成品滿足要求。
2.Develop and Maintain Testing & Auditing Procedures & Standards for case goods raw material.
發(fā)展并維護(hù)成品測(cè)試稽核過程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
3.Review Monthly Quality R&A numbers and make analysis report to find area to improve.
每月分析品質(zhì)退貨數(shù)量報(bào)告并想辦法改善
4.Review monthly replacement parts numbers and make analysis report to find area to improve.
每月了解補(bǔ)件數(shù)量并想辦法改善
5.Effectively work with vendor and other relative departments to identify quality problems, devise solutions, implement solutions, and follow-up on problems to ensure correction. These departments may include Upholstery, Purchasing, P&IC, Accounting, R&D, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, IS, etc.
有效的與廠商及其它相關(guān)部門判斷品質(zhì)問題，研究并實(shí)施解決方案，跟蹤問題解決進(jìn)程。相關(guān)部門包括組裝，采購(gòu)，計(jì)劃，財(cái)務(wù)，研發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)，工程，生產(chǎn)等
6.Inform appropriate management at all facilities of quality problems and improvement plans.
準(zhǔn)確的解決品質(zhì)問題并提出改善計(jì)劃
7.Perform duties while maintaining Quality Standards and Budgetary parameters.
完成品質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及預(yù)算項(xiàng)目的工作
8.Periodically lead and participate in focus groups and improvement teams.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并參與團(tuán)隊(duì)改善活動(dòng)
9.Periodically assist in special assigned projects as needed.
必要時(shí)完成特殊分配的任務(wù)

Position Qualification:
崗位要求：
a)Experience:Minimum of 5 years QC work experience in case-good furniture company, familiar with furniture producing and construction is preferred
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)： 至少5年板材家具廠品保工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉板材家具制作和結(jié)構(gòu)的最佳。
b)English Level:Read and written English is necessary
英語水平： 讀寫
c)Education Background:College graduated or above
教育背景：大專或以上
d)Computer Skill:Good at Microsoft office software (Word, Excel), Auto CAD, Solid works or hotoshop skills will be definitely advantage.
計(jì)算機(jī)能力：熟練使用辦公軟件(Word, Excel)，會(huì)使用CAD，Solid works Photoshop優(yōu)先
