Job Title: Product Development Leader-Lighting 燈飾產(chǎn)品開發(fā)
Based at: Gaoming office
Responsible to: Product Development Manager
Purpose of Role: Leading lighting development

Responsibilities
Primary
1.Lead lighting new sample development: 主導(dǎo)燈飾新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)
a.Work with customer/design team closely to review design brief or blue print in details to check if any major information missing.詳細檢查客人或設(shè)計部門的燈飾新樣品設(shè)計圖紙，補齊所需的信息和資料。
b.Provide or review drawings with teammates and vendor to give structural suggestions. 與團隊和供應(yīng)商一起審核圖紙，提出合理的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)建議
c.Follow up every sample development status and offer solution if needed; Check finished metal frame to see if there is any potential structural risk, and check first draft sample to estimate the electrical risk, and then provide suggestion. 跟進每個樣品的開發(fā)進度, 檢查五金架子以發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的結(jié)構(gòu)風險并改進。檢查首樣，評估電氣布局，五金結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理，如發(fā)現(xiàn)問題能提出解決方案。
d.Run sample reviewing meeting with other teams after sample completed before mass production 組織相關(guān)部門舉行樣品審核會議，確保樣品開發(fā)完成后能順利進行規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。
e.Manage to meet sample schedule required by department and design team 按公司和設(shè)計部門要求，按時完成新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
2.Vendor management: 供應(yīng)商管理
Work with vendor closely, to manage sample development priority and capacity to ensure developing lead time meets requirement. 與供應(yīng)商緊密合作，按公司要求合理安排樣品的開發(fā)產(chǎn)能和優(yōu)先次序。
3. Product specification management: 產(chǎn)品資料管理
a. record all customer approved drawing in separate file 保存所有客人批復(fù)的樣品圖紙
b. Review drawing from vendors, and keep drawings updated accordingly 審核供應(yīng)商圖紙，并隨樣品進度隨時更新圖紙。
c. Prepare, review and update sample specification 準備，審核和更新樣品規(guī)格資料
Secondary
1.Check and prepare test samples needed 檢查和準備測試樣品
2.New products follow up to ensure all products meet requirements including structural improvements, appearance, lighting effect, etc. 跟進新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，確保新產(chǎn)品在結(jié)構(gòu)，外觀，燈光效果方面符合要求
3.Support to other teams with products information, or technical suggestions. 為其他部門同事提供燈飾產(chǎn)品的信息和技術(shù)支持

Competencies/Skills required
1.CET4 or above, can communicate with foreign colleagues by English. 大學英語四級或以上，能用英文和外國同事交流
2.Good at CAD for lighting product 擅長燈飾產(chǎn)品的CAD繪圖
3.Microsoft software operation 微軟office相關(guān)軟件的操作
Prefer
1.CET6 大學英語六級
2.3D software 3D繪圖軟件

Education/Experience
1.Minimum 5 years’ experience in lighting industry, at least 3 year in product development section. 5年以上燈飾行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗，至少3年是在燈飾開發(fā)方面
2.Associate degree or above 大專以上文憑
Prefer
1.Bachelor, major in engineering or electrical science. 學士文憑，理工科或電子電氣工程專業(yè)尤佳。
