- Process sales orders in SAP system.
在SAP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)進(jìn)行客戶(hù)訂單處理。
- Provide product information and answer customers' question on phone.
為客戶(hù)提供產(chǎn)品信息，并對(duì)客戶(hù)的疑問(wèn)提供電話(huà)解答服務(wù)。
- Complaint handling.
投訴處理。
- Maintain customers' information in the system.
客戶(hù)信息在系統(tǒng)里的維護(hù)更新。
- Coordinate the goods delivery.
發(fā)貨協(xié)調(diào)。
- Coordinate with company sales representatives.
與公司銷(xiāo)售人員的溝通。
- Receive customer visiting in Blum showroom.
接待客戶(hù)到百隆展廳參觀(guān)。

Requirement:
要求：
- Bachelor degree.
本科學(xué)歷。
- At least 3 years related working experience in customer service.
至少三年以上客服工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Fluently speak English.
英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)流利。
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player, working hard, patient and flexible.
良好的溝通能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)強(qiáng)，工作勤奮努力,耐心靈活。
- SAP experience is preferred.
具有SAP系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
