FQC Job Descriptions:FQC崗位職責(zé)

1. Randomly select finished packaged box: check hardware pack, shipping marks, AI, to check each component according to packing requirement
抽查已包裝好的紙箱檢查所有的細(xì)節(jié)（箱子的嘜頭、內(nèi)部所包的五金件及各產(chǎn)品部件等）
2. To ensure workers and packaging leader follow packing procedures. Randomly check if worker misplacement of wrong parts, carelessly no proper cleaning of parts, method of storage of parts are correct
確保包裝部門嚴(yán)格按照包裝流程包裝，不定時的抽查員工是否有出錯，比如說：放錯板件、板件未清洗干凈或存放的位置不對等
3. To respect QC processes corresponding to the production steps.
按QC 的要求在包裝線上抽檢
4. Inspect carefully first piece assembled of each production.
沒批次生產(chǎn)的首件都必須檢查
5. Provide inspection records
提供驗貨報告

Requirements:崗位要求

1. Minimum 2 years QC working experience in export oriented KD furniture factory
2年以上在外銷拆裝家具QC的經(jīng)驗
2. Able to follow production working hours
上班時間跟生產(chǎn)線上下班
3. Able to write simple inspection report
會寫簡單的品檢報告
4. Able to strictly apply internal QC processes
按QC的驗貨流程驗貨
5. Aged 22-35
年齡：25-35
6. Male or Female
