Job description
Key responsibilities are to ensure that administrative support is provided to the QC team in China and overseas purchasing team.
Duties and Responsibilities include
- Generating QC report based on daily QC events by using spreadsheet
- Communicating with vendors for production status, claims , etc.
- Checking all the invoices and packing list to make sure data is all correct
- Following up with all open purchase orders
- Conducting QC calendar for each QC person in China
- Work on special administrative projects as assigned
Your skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, be able to generate reports with good formatting
- Proficient in English and Chinese
Other:
- Be able to work at home with 10% travel
