Job Description :
Will work under the authority of the Sales and Operating Manager
1. Frequent feedback of status in factory, make sure orders are delivered on time.
2. Responsible for issuing MO (manufacturing orders)
3. Follow up the order placement, spare parts orders, samples, PPS, effectively by considering customers requirements
4. Able to help sales to follow up Fair sample status as required, manage pre-fair affairs, samples product information verification.
5. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval if needed
6. Supervise the loading if needed
7. Work closely with other departments such as PMC and Shipping for updating and knowing the material and shipment status
8. Ensure the Weekly Report & Production Plan are done and send each week on time

Requirements:
1. Familiar with international trade business process
2. Minimum 3 years solid experience in Furniture or relevant business. At least 3 years as the sales assistant in furniture manufactory, familiar with the process of contemporary panel furniture.
3. Experience in dealing with customer orders and have general quality concept for the products
4. Supervisor level experience or equivalent position experience is preferred.
5. Independently, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible and good team player, good communication skill, optimistic character.
6. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
7. Good network with factory
8. College degree or equivalent degree
