職位描述

Primary Responsibility
a. Lead of daily production shipment; follow up the Shipment Schedule and Build Plan.
b. Monitor daily/printing/assembly production actual output status; deal with the abnormal of production. Link and co-work with different wood and painting workshop’s output.
c. Scheduler daily production plan to production team and other support team. Ask other support team to arrange related people to support.
d. Scheduler daily stock-in status from supplier, and push supplier to provide the material arrived on time

e. Monitor material of backend process, make sure we have enough material for production line and shipment schedule, reduce production line down time..


Secondary Responsibility.
a. New project daily plan of backend process, output etc takes over.
b. Responsible for compiling backend process weekly work plan and summary.
c. Coordinate production lines appear abnormal situation and coordinate with all departments (etc Quality department, warehouse department, purchaser department) to work progress and cohesion, or adjustment.

Job Requirements
a. Above 3 years planning & material experience and/or training.
b. Extremely good at Excel and computer, can speak /write English for daily job.
d. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work under high pressure.
