Title: Packing Department Chief包裝主管職責(zé)
Key goals:重點(diǎn)

1) Follow the production schedules
依生產(chǎn)順序（計劃）表作業(yè)
2) To personally verify the first hardware set packed regardless new or old items
親自核實每個產(chǎn)品的五金包首件，不論新、老產(chǎn)品
3) To personally verify the first box packed regardless new or old items
親自核實每個產(chǎn)品的五金包裝
4) To inform the PM on non regular issues ( quality, quantity & man power )
工作上如有異常及時向生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理匯報（有關(guān)質(zhì)量、數(shù)量、人員等）
5) To ensure 1st piece assembled by assembler to follow the AI
明確產(chǎn)品首件試安裝依安裝說明書指導(dǎo)作業(yè)
6) To ensure all gadgets at this floor functions
確保本部門所有的工具、設(shè)備等可正常運(yùn)作

1) Polishing of High Gloss Product高亮光拋光崗位
1.1 Received clear requirement and quantity to polish from QC
依品質(zhì)部明確的要求作業(yè)，并核實數(shù)量
1.2 Ensure polishing process follow specific “ polishing Manuel “
作業(yè)流程依工作流程指導(dǎo)書
1.3 Ensure to return to QC for Re-inspection
拋完光的產(chǎn)品送回品質(zhì)部檢驗
1.4 Ensure to have Proper Gadget and material for the work
確保使用合適的工具、材料、設(shè)備作業(yè)
2) Cutting of excess edge banding residuals
修正部件封邊條
2.1 Received clear requirement and quantity from Wood department
依木工部明確的要求作業(yè)，核實數(shù)量
2.2 Ensure only qualified workers doing the work
確保只有受過培訓(xùn)的員工做此工作
2.3 Ensure the “ small repair” is by Specific QC person
確保（小維修）由QC部門負(fù)責(zé)維修
2.4 Ensure the “ reject and major repair “ is return to Wood/Painting department
確保（大維修）退到木工部或油漆部返工
2.5 Ensure to have Proper gadget and material for the work
確保有合適的設(shè)備、工具、材料來作業(yè)
3) Hardware Preparation備五金包
3.1 Received clear instruction from R&D ( follow AI but check BOM )
依R&D提供的AI和料單來包裝
3.2 Check first set packing
檢驗首件五金包
3.3 Return all hardware to warehouse after order completed
訂單結(jié)束后剩下的五金件必須退還至倉庫
4) Carton Box and Polystyrene Foam Preparation
紙箱保利龍包材的準(zhǔn)備
4.1 Check carton box printing matching with order
核實紙箱嘜頭與訂單相符合
4.2 No damaged box and proper storage ( must clearly instructed to supplier how to store in your department )
維護(hù)破損紙箱及紙箱儲存管理的地方，明確要求供應(yīng)商將包材放置在指定位置
4.3 Ensure to follow the R&D packing Drawing & to inform if in doubts
依R&D包裝要求，如有疑問立即聯(lián)系相關(guān)人員
5) Before start & during the Roller Line packing流水包裝線
5.1 Ensure areas are clearly defined with enough space for flow
確保有足夠的空間擺放待包裝的產(chǎn)品
5.2 Ensure all parts to pack were QC inspected
確保所有產(chǎn)品在包裝前已檢驗
5.3 Ensure all parts quantities were counted before start the packing
確定包裝前每一個部件都清點(diǎn)過數(shù)量
5.4 Ensure no workers were wasting time waiting to receive materials from a person before him, adjust accordingly.
無時無刻確保流水線能正常運(yùn)作
5.5 Ensure proper pallet use for storage
包裝好的紙箱必須放在合適的托盤上

6) General issues其它
6.1 Clear instruction how and where all the parts are stored ( MO, quantity, date & time )明確要求相關(guān)部門主管放置產(chǎn)品在托盤上時如何擺放（如何擺好產(chǎn)品的方向，方便包裝，節(jié)約時間）及放在指定的位置
6.2 Clear instruction how each pallet is protected from damage and dust in the storage area
儲存包裝區(qū)域的每個托盤的產(chǎn)品有用保鮮膜做好防護(hù)措施，避免碰傷及有粉塵
6.3 Ensure working station is tidy ( to return all the excess hardware to small warehouse after order completion )
確保每一個工作崗位擺放清晰、整潔（工作完后把剩下的五金配件退還給小倉庫）
6.4 Provide gadget and given clear instruction to each worker not to create rubbish and waste time to clean after the works.
提供合適的工具（比如在作業(yè)的旁邊放置垃圾桶、大件工具等）給員工明確的工作指導(dǎo)，避免重復(fù)作業(yè)
6.5 Ensure all Tools were return and for charging, lock after usage
確保所有的工具退回給小倉庫充電并收好
