Minimum Work Experiences:工作經(jīng)歷
1) Minimum 5 years experience in panel production factory of Living rooms, Dining & Bedroom furniture
至少有5年以上在板式家具工廠繪圖的工作經(jīng)歷（客廳、餐廳、臥房）
2) Hands on experiences with all necessary computer software and tools for furniture drawings, production drawings, Assembling drawings, Packing drawings, Bill of Material, Costing
熟悉用繪圖軟件制作生產(chǎn)工藝圖，熟悉產(chǎn)品安裝說(shuō)明書(shū)、包裝工藝要求、物料表及計(jì)算物料成本
3) Familiar with wood working and painting process and able to propose the construction and structure of all new furniture
熟悉木工、油漆的生產(chǎn)流程，熟悉制定家具產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)圖
4) Familiar with export packing requirements and able to decide the design on packing requirement of MOP furniture
熟悉出口包裝要求（郵購(gòu)），并能制定相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
5) Familiar with common furniture materials ( MDF, Veneer, Edge banding, Melamine paper ) and furniture hardware ( Hinges, Sliders, Connectors, Screws )
熟悉家具制造所需的材料（中纖板、木皮、封邊材料、三氨紙）及五金（門(mén)鉸、路軌、三合一鏈接件及各類(lèi)螺絲）
6) Familiar with common furniture accessories (Glass, Metal components, specific handles etc… )
熟悉家具的各式配件（玻璃、定制鐵管、五金、各類(lèi)門(mén)把手等）
7) Able to demonstrate strong managerial skill to lead the small team of industrial draftmen and able to train them
有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織能力，能帶領(lǐng)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)及指導(dǎo)新繪圖員工作
8) Able to set schedule targets and apply them
有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感，設(shè)定目標(biāo)并能按時(shí)完成
9) Sensitive to the product overall cost and able to propose the right materials for new products
對(duì)新產(chǎn)品的總價(jià)有一定的敏感度，若產(chǎn)品材料偏高，應(yīng)及時(shí)采購(gòu)提出建議，達(dá)到合理的制造成本
10) Able to work as team with PMC and Production Manager, ensure all production drawings were checked and approved.
有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，與PMC及生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理共同工作,確保所有生產(chǎn)圖紙經(jīng)過(guò)審核及批準(zhǔn)。
Minimum Qualification:崗位要求
1) At least 3 years experience in the similar capacity
3年以上設(shè)計(jì)部管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2) Agree to work long hours during the rush periods of new items development stages
在開(kāi)發(fā)階段，愿意配合公司加班完成任務(wù)
3) Familiar with all furniture drawings software
熟悉與家具相關(guān)的繪圖軟件
4) Understand English will be a plus
略懂英文者更佳
5) No traveling needed
