Minimum Work Experiences: 工作經(jīng)歷
1) Minimum 10 years experience in panel furniture products MDF-PB-PW ( Living, rooms – Dining - Bedrooms ) of at least 100 workers
有10年以上、公司規(guī)模在100人以上的板式家具廠工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，主材料為：中纖板、刨花板、多層板，產(chǎn)品以臥室、餐廳、客廳為主。
2) Hands on experiences with all panels wood working machinery
熟悉板式家具產(chǎn)品所有的機(jī)械操作
3) Able to ensure maintenance programs and records of machinery
對(duì)機(jī)器保養(yǎng)有基本的知識(shí)
4) Familiar with PU painting process for veneer and high gloss furniture
熟悉木皮及高亮光的PU油漆的加工流程
5) Familiar both with KD and assembled furniture quality and MOP packing requirement
熟悉拆裝產(chǎn)品的成品質(zhì)量要求及郵購(gòu)包裝要求
6) Able to read productions AUTOCAD drawings
能看懂AUTOCAD圖紙
7) Able to demonstrate strong managerial skill to lead the production team leaders
有現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的思維，有較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，帶領(lǐng)各生產(chǎn)部門的主管并指導(dǎo)工作
8) Able to set daily production targets and apply them
能夠設(shè)定及按時(shí)的完成每日的生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)
9) Sensitive to the production processes and able to ensure proper training of workers to improve the required skills
熟悉各個(gè)生產(chǎn)工藝流程，有培訓(xùn)員工、提升員工的操作能力的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
10) Sensitive to reject rates and labor cost concern
能有效的使用管理手段對(duì)用工成本及不良品的控制
11) Able to ensure physical presence in the workshop to follow-up all production issues at all time
基本工作時(shí)間與產(chǎn)線同步，及時(shí)處理生產(chǎn)中遇到的各個(gè)問(wèn)題
12) Able to work as team with PMC and Quality Manager
能有效的與物控、品質(zhì)經(jīng)理共同工作
Minimum Qualification:崗位要求
1) At least 3 years experience in the similar capacity with foreign owned furniture factory
有3年外企家具行業(yè)工廠全盤(pán)或部門管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2) Familiar with piece rated work environment
熟悉管理員工的計(jì)件工作模式
3) Good eyesight that able to distinguish color differences
視力正常能明確的分辨顏色
4) Understand English will be a plus
略懂英文更佳
5) No computer knowledge required
無(wú)需電腦作業(yè)要求，主要在生產(chǎn)線作業(yè)
