Duties: 職責(zé)
(1) Report to the General Manager 向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)
(2) Support, monitor and supervise production processes of 2 decoration material factories 協(xié)助,, 監(jiān)管兩間裝修工廠的生產(chǎn)工序
(3) Lead a QC team on daily quality monitoring, and ensure continual improvement with overall quality of products 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)QC團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行品質(zhì)監(jiān)控及確保持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)
(4) Support planning on material procurement and out-sourcing activities 支援物料采購及外發(fā)項(xiàng)目的管理
(5) Institutionalize manufacturing best practice tools and processes 引入制造業(yè)的適當(dāng)工具及工序做法
(6) Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations 聯(lián)系, 建立及推行生產(chǎn)過程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作指引
Job Requirements 工作要求
· Degree in industrial, Manufacturing science or Engineering Management or relevant具有工業(yè)/制造業(yè)或工程管理或相關(guān)本科學(xué)位以上
· At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably relevant to pmc, project management, or production 五年或以上制造業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 有PMC, 生產(chǎn)或項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
· Previous experience in wood/sheet metal processing would have advantage 有木工或板金加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supervising a group of Mid or Junior level personnel 兩年或以上低層或中層管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· Highly ethical 具有良好的道德面貌
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills 具有良好的溝通能力及人事技巧
· Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 具有良好的英語, 普通話, 及廣東話
