Required Formation:

High school is needed. Technical school or college is desirable.

Required Experience:

At least 3 years or above work experience in Veneer application area
-至少三年以上的貼面工作經(jīng)驗

Necessary Skills:

Knowledge on manufacturing concepts.

Capacity of allocating resources in an optimized way.

Knowledge on Veneer applications
-了解所有關(guān)于貼面的相關(guān)工藝
Knowledge of Veneer quality control
-了解所有貼面相關(guān)的品質(zhì)控制
Knowledge of Veneering process from sorting to hot/cold press
-了解貼面所需要的所有生產(chǎn)工藝，從選木皮開始到最后的冷/熱壓
Familiar with Veneering machines such as cutting, jointing, hot press, cold press…etc.
-熟悉貼面工藝所涉及的所有機(jī)器設(shè)備，橫/縱切機(jī)，拼縫機(jī)。冷/熱壓機(jī)。。。

Interact with other areas to guarantee that the production goals are reached.

Maintain 5S in finishing area
