BASIC FUNCTIONS
To provide a full range of secretarial and clerical support to the Product Management for Wardrobe at the Shanghai Office.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Search
- Assist PM to understand industry & fashion trends, suggest product development direction.
- Assist PM to research developer needs in project
- Analyze competitors’ products, including design specs & price.
- Product survey, like focus group, home visit, accompany shopping etc.
2. NPD
- Assist Marcom team for product shooting and brochure
- Assist PM to design new product sales tools, which display product specs clearly to customer.
- Arrange new product training for sales, planning, sourcing & CS team, even distributors.
- Work with showroom designer, to set up new product display plan in showroom.
3. Sales Support
- Product training & presentation.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
- Reports to the Product Manager - Cabinetry.
- External/Internal Relationship
- To maintain corresponding contacts with design institutes and developers, the Company’s distributors and dealers, Company appointed contractors and suppliers and possibly some government departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- University degree, preferably in marketing related discipline
- With a minimum of 3 years’ solid working experience in a similar industry or consumer goods marketing team
- Reasonable good spoken and written English language skills
- Good command of the Chinese and English MS Office software application
