Job Holder: Quality department
Job Title: QA
Based at: Different Factory Company assigned
Responsible to: Quality manager
Purpose of Role: Factory quality audit and random check during process

Responsibilities
1.Process audit, improvement plan with factory,
審核工廠生產(chǎn)流程和制定改善計(jì)劃
2.Positive inline audit to help factory to prevent problem,
主動(dòng)進(jìn)入到生產(chǎn)線上進(jìn)行審核檢驗(yàn)，避免問題發(fā)生
3.Recording and reporting daily and weekly audit report,
負(fù)責(zé)每日記錄和報(bào)告，寫每周檢查報(bào)告。
4.Necessary improvement suggestion on process, standard and follow up
對生產(chǎn)的流程，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和跟進(jìn)過程提供必需的改進(jìn)意見。
5.100% inspection on new item or first batch mass production when necessary,
必要時(shí)100%跟進(jìn)及檢驗(yàn)新產(chǎn)品或首批大貨的生產(chǎn)
6.Other task arranged by QA supervisor or manager,
由質(zhì)量主管或經(jīng)理安排的其他任務(wù)

Competencies/Skills required
Must
1.Hard working, team work spirit, initiative, honest and work under pressure,

2.Efficient furniture and quality assurance knowledge,
豐富有效的家具和質(zhì)量控制的知識背景
3.Basic Microsoft office software operation such as outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
會基本的辦公軟件操作，例如：outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
Prefer
1.Upholstery and furniture了解木制家具
2.Good English 有良好的英語溝通能力

Education/Experience
Must
1.High school or above, working with upholstery furniture at least 1 year.
高中學(xué)歷以上，一年或以上家具業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
2.Could read English and fill English report,
能讀懂英語并能填寫英語報(bào)告
prefer
1.Communicate with email in English but not must
能用英語溝通
2.Cantonese if preferred
