Job Description （職位描述）：
- Do the research to the real estate market and project （房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)和項(xiàng)目的研究）
- Make the real estate market analysis （房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的分析）
- Coordinate and support the customer to do the tender （協(xié)調(diào)和支持客戶進(jìn)行投標(biāo)）
- Communicate with the owners, designers （與開發(fā)商和設(shè)計(jì)師溝通）
- Invite customer to show-room / exhibition （邀請(qǐng)客戶參觀展廳和展會(huì)）
- Provide product information （提供產(chǎn)品信息）
- Provide technical information （提供技術(shù)信息）
- Provide marketing support （提供展廳支持）

Requirement （要求）：
- Bechelor degree or above （本科及以上學(xué)歷）
- Can speak English （能說英語）
- Good relationship with owners and designers （與開發(fā)商和設(shè)計(jì)師關(guān)系良好）
- Familar with the real estate market and project （熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)和項(xiàng)目）
- Hardware, furniture and kitchenware industry working experience is in advantage（五金，家具和櫥柜業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先）
- 5 years relevant working experience or above （五年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)）
- Driving license （有駕照）
