Job Description
1. Finalize the Packing details of the design of furniture for quotation, sample making and production;
確定最后的包裝信息供報(bào)價(jià)，樣品制作和大貨生產(chǎn)參考；
2. Provide CADs and document of all about packing, assembly drawing and instruction manual of furniture;
提供CAD和所有包裝文件，組裝圖，和家具指引手冊；
3. Define the position and order of each part of furniture put in the carton, instruct details of every material used for packing (i.e. density,thinkness and size of EPS foam and PE paper), and calculate the packing costing if necessary;
確認(rèn)家具包裝入柜時(shí)的位置和順序，提供所有包裝材料的詳細(xì)信息（如密度，估計(jì)，EPS泡沫塑料和PE紙張的大小），如有必要計(jì)算包裝費(fèi)用；
3. Ensure the accuracy, technical feasibility, duration, safety and cost efficiency of packing have been achieved;
確保包裝精確，技術(shù)操作上靈活，耐用，安全和價(jià)格合理；
4. Communicate, solve, report of daily packing problems with Design, Technical and factories;
和設(shè)計(jì)部，技術(shù)部，工廠溝通，解決包裝問題，并做到每日匯報(bào)；
5. Provide packing design solutions in terms of structure, cost, material, packing method and complexity of different types of Furniture (like solid wood, chair, sofa... etc);
對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)，成本，材料，包裝方式，不同款式家具（如實(shí)木類，餐椅，沙發(fā)等）的包裝復(fù)雜性提供解決方案；
6. May involve and function as production support of Design Department.
為設(shè)計(jì)部門提供生產(chǎn)支持。

Qualification
1. 3 years furniture design and furniture packing working experience; 3年以上家具包裝設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. Strong knowledge of furniture packing design and its process, techniques, method, material and safety testing;
熟悉家具包裝的設(shè)計(jì)，流程，工藝，方法，材料，安全測試；
3. Familiar with furniture manufacture industrial process and techniques;
熟悉家具制造的工藝流程和技術(shù)；
4. Good communicating skills and self-discipline; 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5. Master of 2D / 3D computer-based design tools, such as AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop, and office... etc.; 熟悉操作設(shè)計(jì)軟件如AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop和Office等；
6. Willing to travel to factory or relocate in factory.
